Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 business days. We will notify our customers if any significant shipping delays should occur.
Products purchased from this site may be returned for exchange within 30 days of purchase if not satisfied for any reason. Customer pays return postage. Yarn must be in hank form and with label intact. We are unable to accept yarn that has been wound into cakes or balls. Sorry, no refunds.
